    3. Share the confirmation from your case manager with us, indicating that our quote has been approved.
    4. Alternatively, your case manager can directly inform us of the approval.
    5. Upon receiving approval from WINZ, your booking with Pack My Home will be confirmed.

    Rates Conditions

    Call Out Fee

    When we provide a quotation for our services, there is a call-out fee included. This fee covers the cost of dispatching our team to your location.


    Please note that the prices we quote do not include GST (Goods and Services Tax).

    Minimum Hours

    There are minimum time requirements for service appointments. From Monday to Friday, we require a minimum booking duration of 1.5 hours to ensure efficient use of our resources and provide comprehensive service. On Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, a minimum booking duration of 2 hours is required. These minimum durations help us maintain our service standards and accommodate the needs of our clients effectively.

    Hourly Rate & Call out Fee

    Hourly Rate

    Our hourly rate starts when our team arrives at your pickup location and ends when they finish unloading at your delivery address. This way, you only pay for the time our team is actively working on your move.

    Call Out Fee

    A set fee is applied to addresses within 10 kilometers of our base in Manurewa. This fee covers transportation costs from our base to your Pick Up location and back again from your Delivery location.

    Call-out charges start at:

    • $60 for 2 men & a truck
    • $90 for 3 men & a truck

    If your address is farther than 10 kilometers, additional charges may apply. Feel free to reach out for a personalized quote.
